The Career Audit is a focused, 30-day process:

You’ll complete your in-depth career & leadership assessment that dives into your current role, visibility, salary, leadership strengths, and career goals. You’ll also send your custom 360° Feedback Form to 3–6 trusted peers, colleagues, mentors, or sponsors.

WEEK 1:

I’ll begin the review process — analyzing your self-assessment, reviewing feedback responses, and identifying key themes, gaps, and opportunities that will be addressed in your custom career roadmap.

WEEK 2:

We’ll meet for a 90-minute 1:1 virtual advisory session to unpack your results and align on next steps. You’ll then receive your personalized Career Roadmap: a 12-month strategic plan with clear priorities and actionable recommendations designed for the current season of your life and career.

WEEK 3/4:

By Day 30, you’ll walk away with a custom plan you can execute immediately —
with or without further coaching support.
