I’d like my employer to sponsor this opportunity for me - how do I go about doing that?

Wonderful! As next steps, we recommend that you speak with your employer/manager and share a “request for reimbursement” letter to understand the steps that you need to take to gain approval for a coaching experience.

What happens if I miss a session? Can I use the sessions over a longer or shorter period of time?

For the Clarity Session, this is (1) 60-minute session that must be used within 90 days of purchase. For the Strategic Growth Series, all sessions must be used within the 4-month program window. You will have the option to have bi-weekly 30-minute sessions or monthly 60-minute sessions. For the VIP Leadership Intensive, this experience is generally completed within 60 days of purchase.

For the Clarity Session and Strategic Growth Series, we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your session and reschedule. 

For the VIP Leadership Intensive, we require 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your session and reschedule.

All no-show sessions are forfeited and deducted from your program session balance.

What if my first-choice coach isn’t available? Can I wait, or do I have to work with the second-choice coach?
We will contact you to inform you if the coach you selected is available to work you. You can move forward with the coach of your choice or be added to a waitlist.
I have questions - how can I speak to someone about my specific experience?
All questions can be answered on the complimentary consultation call after you submit your coaching application. If you have additional follow-up questions, please email info@brownleadership.com with your questions, and a member of our team will get back to you within 72 business hours.
