History
The property was originally opened https://thedcasino.ca/ as the Northern Club in 1972 but changed hands several times until it became known as Cirrus Casino Hotel. Renovations began in 2007, transforming it into the Fremont East complex. In 2018, Australian company, Derek Stevens’ Downtown Las Vegas Events Center and its affiliates purchased the property, rebranded it as The D Las Vegas, and completed extensive renovations.
